The Pregnancy Risk Information Line is a statewide, telephone service operated by the California Teratogen Information Service (CTIS) and Clinical Research Program.

CTIS is based at the Dysmorphology and Teratology Division of the Pediatric Department of the University of California San Diego Medical Center. CTIS also has satellite offices at the following locations:

• Medical Genetics, Department of Pediatrics, Stanford University School of Medicine
